Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customers Regulations
DISAF is 100% committed to data protection. That’s why we welcome the General Data Protection Regulation (also known as the GDPR), which was recently approved and adopted by the European Union (EU).
What are AML & KYC?
Know your customer (alternatively know your client or 'KYC') is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients and assessing potential risks of illegal intentions for the business relationship.
Anti-money-laundering refers to a set of procedures, laws and regulations designed to stop the practice of generating income through illegal actions.
